Ingredients
Method- ½ cucumber
- 100 g feta
- 1 red onion
- Red-wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Pitta bread
- ½ cucumber
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- Lemon juice
Method
IngredientsPeel cucumber, cut into large chunks and add to a salad bowl. Add feta, cut into blocks, and the petals of red onion, then drizzle with red-wine vinegar and olive oil.
Toast wedges of pitta bread under a hot grill, then scatter over the salad. Dice the remaining cucumber and fold into plain yoghurt, along with cloves crushed garlic and lemon juice. Spoon over the salad and serve.
