  • 8 bread slices, toasted
  • 2 x 150 g tubs Woolworths labneh
  • 8 prosciutto rashers, fried
  • 2 Gem avocados, peeled and stoned
  • 4 T pesto
  • 8 radishes, shaved
  • 8 Woolworths beetroot in vinaigrette
  • 12 Woolworths exotic tomatoes, halved
  •  sea salt and crushed pink peppercorns, to taste

Cooking Instructions

Spread the toast with the labneh, then top with the prosciutto, avocado, pesto, radishes, beetroot and tomato. Season to taste.
