- ½ avocado, peeled and stoned
- ½ cup Woolworths low-fat Ayrshire plain yoghurt
- 2 T parsley, chopped
- 2 T chives, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Blend all the ingredients to make a dressing for salads or baked potatoes.
