Green goddess-style low-fat Ayrshire yoghurt dressing

Ingredients
- ½ avocado, peeled and stoned
- ½ cup Woolworths low-fat Ayrshire plain yoghurt
- 2 T parsley, chopped
- 2 T chives, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Cooking Instructions
Blend all the ingredients to make a dressing for salads or baked potatoes.
Cook's note: Yoghurt contains calcium, which can be beneficial for your bones, and live cultures to help maintain normal digestive function. The plain version is the perfect blank canvas and lends tartness to sauces, dressings and marinades.
