Grilled parmesan, date & pineapple skewers

  • 1 Grana Padano cheese
  • 250 g dates, pitted
  • 8 slices pineapple
  • 2 spring onions, sliced into long strips

Slice the cheese into thick pieces. Skewer cheese, dates and pineapple on wooden skewers, with twists of spring onions in between.
Heat a griddle pan until warm, with a drizzle of olive oil. Fry skewers, continue to turn until cheese starts to melt. Alternatively, place the skewers under the grill for a few minutes.
Serve warm.
