Grilled pork rashers and pak choi with soya, chilli and spring onion

Ingredients

Method
  • 2 x 400 g packs Woolworths pork rashers
  • 200 g halved baby pak choi
  • 1⁄4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 sliced chillies
  • 2 sliced spring onions

Rub Woolworths pork rashers with olive oil and grill or braai for 10–15 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.

Place halved baby pak choi on the same grill for 30 seconds a side, or until just charred and wilted.

Serve warm dressed with rice wine vinegar, sliced chillies and sliced spring onions.
