- 1 Tray 300g Frozen Cooked Prawn Ring
- 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Cajun spice
- Salt to taste
- 250ml Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chillie flakes
- 1 Fresh finely chopped chillie
1-Lightly spice the prawns with Black pepper, Cajun Spice and Salt.
2- Heat the grill pan on medium heat.
3-Add the prawns on a skewer and then to the grill pan. Add three per skewer.
4-Let it cook for +-5 minutes on the grill pan
Mayonnaise option 1
Add one fresh chillie finely chopped or
Half a teaspoon of chillie flakes
Mayonnaise option 2
Add fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped to the Mayonnaise
Tip: Make sure that the prawns are defrosted and use the Black pepper, Cajun Spice and Salt to add some flavour before grilling.
