This salmon toastie recipe might sound fancy, but in fact, it's super quick and easy. The lemony, dill creme fraiche really takes things up a notch!

Ingredients

  • 125 ml crème fraîche
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices white bread, toasted
  • ¼ cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 180 g Woolworths Hot Smoked Salmon with Pepper, Mustard Seeds & Dill
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 10 g dill

Cooking Instructions

1. Mix the crème fraîche and lemon juice and season.

2. Cut each piece of toast into triangles. Spread the crème fraiche onto the toast, then top with a few slices of cucumber and the flaked salmon.

3. Top with the radishes and the dill. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and more seasoning if you desire.
