Ingredients

  • 300 g butter, softened
  • 150 g Woolworths harissa paste

1. Combine the butter with the harissa paste. Roll into a log on baking paper or clingwrap, then chill until ready to use.
2. Spread on toast or use to baste pan-seared steak or fry eggs.
