- 1 T Woolworths harissa
- 3 T olive oil
- 4 pork loin chops
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Couscous, for serving
- Rocket, for serving
Mix the Woolworths harissa blend with the olive oil to make a paste. Coat the pork loin chops in the harissa paste and pan-fry in a griddle pan or braai for 3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
Season to taste with salt. Serve warm with couscous and rocket, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Cook's note: Love extra-crispy fat? Snip the pork fat at 1 cm intervals for a crunchy, golden finish.
