- 2 t crushed garlic
- 2 t olive oil
- 1 x 400 g can butter beans
- Slices of ciabatta
- Soft-poached egg
To a pan over a medium to low heat, add crushed garlic, olive oil, chopped onion and tomatoes and simmer.
Drain the can of butter beans and fold into the sauce, frying briefly until warmed through.
Toast slices of ciabatta and top with the baked beans and a soft-poached egg.
