- 300 g pork fillet, cubed
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 75 ml honey
- 2 T olive oil
- 2 T sunflower oil
- 1 fresh red chilli, chopped

Toss cubed pork fillet in the ccrushed garlic, honey and olive oil and marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil (sunflower, peanut or canola) and fry the pork for 5 minutes, or until cooked through.
Top with chopped fresh red chillies.
Cook's note: This makes a delicious quick-snack for two, but to make a meal of it serve with cooked rice or noodles on the side.
