Ingredients

  • For the base:
  • 100 g Chunkies Chocolate Chip cookies
  • 100 g Woolworths Chunkies Triple Chocolate Chip cookies
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 1 L Woolworths Cookies & Cream Flavoured Dairy Ice Cream
  • 1 L Woolworths Soft Scoop Caramel, Chocolate & Vanilla Flavoured Ice Cream
  • 50 g Woolworths caramel drops, melted
  • 50 g Woolworths 70% cocoa dark chocolate drops, melted
  • Assortment of biscuits and chocolates, to decorate

Cooking Instructions

1. Prepare the tin by lining the base and sides on a 20cm springform cake tin. Make the crust, by crushing the biscuits into a course crumb and mix through the melted butter. Using your fingertips, press the mixture evenly onto the base of the cake tin, and place it in the freezer for 5 minutes.

2. Scoop half the tub of Cookies & Cream Ice Cream into the tin, and smooth with the back of a spoon. Place back into the freezer until it has frozen. Repeat with the Soft serve caramel, chocolate and vanilla ice cream and freeze overnight.

3. Just before serving, remove the cake tin from the freezer. Place onto a serving dish and remove the baking paper. Pour over melted dark and caramel chocolate, and decorate with an assortment of biscuits and chocolates.
