Ice cream stollen with fruit mince pie and fresh pear

Ingredients
- 1 fresh pear, halved
- 100 g white chocolate
- 1 frozen ice-cream stollen
- 2 mini fruit-mince pies
- Icing sugar, to dust
- Edible silver balls
Cooking Instructions
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Wipe the pear, skin side, with a dry cloth and pour the chocolate over.
Sprinkle with balls and refrigerate to settle. Dust half the serving plates with icing sugar.
Place a slice of ice cream, a mince pie and half a pear, sliced in 2, on each plate.
Sprinkle with more silver balls. Decorate with a white ribbon.
