  • 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 5 anchovy fillets, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1⁄2 lemon, zested

Cooking Instructions

Blend all the ingredients and drizzle over your salad.

Try it with this calamari asparagus salad.

Cook's note: A classic vinaigrette is made with fat and acid, usually olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice. Try experimenting with different vinegars and citrus.
