  • 1 T olive oil
  • 500 g beef mince
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 crushed cloves garlic
  • 2 T korma paste
  • 1 beaten egg

  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1-2 cups yoghurt
  • For serving, raita, toasted ciabatta and lettuce leaves

In a hot pan over a medium heat, gently fry onion in olive oil, until softened. Combine with beef mince, parsley, clove garlic, korma paste, beaten  egg and seasoning, to taste.
