  • 250 g Woolworths fresh fettuccine pasta
  • 4 T butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 T LemonGold® seedless lemon zest
  • 1 LemonGold® seedless lemon, juiced
  • Parmigiana Reggiano, for serving
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

1.  Cook pasta as per packaging instructions, save ¼ cup of pasta water.

2. To make the sauce: Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the pasta water and toss through the pasta shells. Add the lemon zest and juice. Top with grated parmesan and black pepper.
