- 1 spanspek melon, seeds scooped out
- 1-2/ 3/4 cup orange juice
- 3-4 tablespoons crème fraîche
- Salt and pepper
- 6 slice Parma ham
In a food processor blend melon flesh and add enough orange juice to make up 3 cups. Blend in crème fraîche and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Crisp Parma ham in oven and serve with soup.
