- 1 x box Woolworths Easy to Bake Meringue Mix
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 90 g bag salted popcorn
- pistachio ice cream, to serve
- lemon curd ice cream, to serve
1. Prepare the box of Woolworths meringue mix according to package instructions.
2. To make the chocolate popcorn, melt the dark chocolate and pour over vanilla and Himalayan salt popcorn.
3. To assemble, place scoops of of the pistachio ice cream and lemon curd ice cream into chocolate cones. Add a scoop of meringue to each cone and heat with a blowtorch until slightly caramelised. Serve with the chocolate popcorn.
