Milk chocolate ganache

Ingredients

Method
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 200 g milk chocolate

Bring the milk to the boil, then pour over the chopped chocolate. Allow to stand for 30 seconds.

Whisk the mixture until smooth and all the chocolate has melted.

Spread or pour over a baked cake.
