Mustard Curd Sandwich
Ingredients
- 3 White Bread Slices
- 1/5 cup finely chopped spring onion
- 1 table spoon Curd
- 1-2 curry leaves
- 1/2 tea spoon mustard seeds
- to taste salt
- 1 tablespoon tomato catch-up
Cooking Instructions
Directions:
1.Prepare the stuffing for sandwiches first. Add finely chopped spring onion, plain curd, salt (to teste) into a bowl and mix it well.
2.Cut bread slice into round shape using some round shape cutter or cap of any rounded box. I used cap of my tea box from my kitchen.
3.Spread tomato catch-up on one side surface of all rounded cut bread slices & spread curd stuffing on two rounded cut bread slices only.
4.Arrange three slices together in such way that top and bottom surface are free to toast the sandwich.
5.Preheat flat non-stick pan (or Tawa). Drizzle butter over it and then add mustard seeds with butter. Allow seems to cook for few secs and then add 1-2 curry leaves over it. Wait for a while and then toast sandwich over it until it turns to light brown both sides
6.Once done, serve it hot with green chatni or tomato catch-up.
