Ingredients
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp castor sugar
- 2 cups self raising flour
Cooking Instructions
1.Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees C
2.Mix the cream, yogurt and egg
3.Mix flour, castor sugar in a bowl
4.Add Milk mix and stir
5.Pat out to 2 inch thick and cut out scones
6.Bake for 12-15 min
Notes:
1. You can make this recipe with 200 ml yogurt and no cream
2. If the dough is too dry. You can add a teaspoon or so of extra milk
