  • 700 g Woolworths sweet orange melon
  • 1 t fresh ginger, grated
  • ½ cup Woolworths ginger and lemongrass flavoured syrup

Cooking Instructions

1.     To make the sorbet, cut melon into small pieces and freeze.

2.     Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a loaf tin and freeze until set.

3.     Enjoy it by itself, or add a scoop to your favourite cocktail or dessert.
