- 4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 100 grams salted (unsalted) peanuts (other nuts)
- herbs & spices to taste
Preheat oven to 180 oC. Crush the peanuts (other nuts) in processor with the herbs. Flatten the chicken breasts. Dip each chicken breast into the egg whites, then into crushed peanuts – layer on greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes (or till done).
