Opal® apple-coconut curry sauce
Ingredients
- 1 T oil
- 150 g tub Woolworths laksa fresh paste
- 400 ml can coconut milk
- 2 Flavourburst™ Opal® apples, grated
Cooking Instructions
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Stir in the laksa paste and cook for 1 minute.
2. Add in the coconut milk and apples and cook for 1 minute.
3. Serve with blanched pak choi, chicken schnitzels, coconut, coriander and chopped red chilli.
