Overnight oats for Suhoor

Simple is best when it comes to Suhoor, which is why this overnight oats recipe is a tried-and-tested winner.
Ingredients

- 2 T oats (heaped)
- 2 dates, pitted and chopped
- 2 t chia seeds
- 1 t dried cranberries
- cinnamon, a pinch
- cardamom, a pinch
- 3/4 cup milk
- fresh fruit, for serving
- toasted nuts, for serving
- honey, for serving

Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate overnight in an airtight glass jar.
The next morning, top with fresh fruit, toasted nuts, and a drizzle of honey.
