Overnight-soaked chia seeds with dried fruit and macadamia butter

- ⅓ cup organic chia seeds
- 1 x 400 ml light coconut milk can
- 6 t Woolworths macadamia nut butter
- Runny honey, for drizzling
- 1 x 25 g dried apples
- 1 x 25 g Woolworths dried pineapple tub
Method
Ingredients
Soak the chia seeds overnight in the coconut milk.
Spoon into bowls and add 1 t macadamia nut butter to each bowl.
Drizzle with honey and top with dried apples and pineapple.
