Ingredients

  • 200 g paneer
  • 6 T Woolworths masala fresh paste
  • 150 g tub ghee
  • 400 g can coconut milk
  • 200 g fresh or frozen peas
  • 250 g Woolworths Heat and Eat coconut jasmine rice
  • 6 Woolworhts fresh butter rotis

Cooking Instructions

1. Slice paneer into cubes, all roughly the same size, in ghee until golden.

2. Add masala paste and fry for 2 minutes.

3. Add coconut milk and peas and simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Serve with rice and rotis.
