Ingredients

- 4 corn cobs
- 100 g butter, melted
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced (about 3 Tablespoons)
- 1 t fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 t sea salt
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, finely grated

Boil the mielies in salted water until tender, then braai until charred.
Mix the butter, chilli, lemon juice, coriander and salt.
Place the mielies in a dish, pour over the butter and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Cook's note: you can also wrap the mielies individually in clingwrap, and microwave them each, one by one, on high for 3 minutes.
If you don't have coriander, parsley will do just fine.
