Ingredients

  • Chelsea buns, small pieces*
  • Peach jelly, set
  • Peach Radical Sours
  • Fresh cream
  • Canned peaches, cubes

Cooking Instructions

*Sponge cake / muffins

This is just an idea, so no specific amounts is given.

Set jelly according to instructions. Whip the cream with some of the Peach Sours.

In individual glasses, start with Chelsea bun /sponge cake/muffin pieces on bottom. Drizzle with Peach sours. Layer with peach jelly, whipped cream and canned peaches. Repeat, end with whipped cream. Decorate with peach cubes.
