Ingredients

  • 1 cup no salt no sugar peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 90 grams caramel instant pudding powder

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 180 oC. Mix all together – form small balls, place on sprayed sheets. Press down each ball gently with a fork (not too thin). Bake for 7 minutes. Let cool on tray.
