- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 3 big handfuls basil, roughly chopped
- 1 handful pine nuts, lightly toasted
- 1 handful Parmesan, grated
- to taste sea salt
- olive oil
Put the garlic and basil into a food processor.
Add pinenuts, and pulse.
Add half the parmesan, and pulse.
Slowly add olive oil while lightly stirring until its the consistency youre after.
Add salt, the rest of the cheese and a squeeze of lemon.
YOu might need to add more olive oil to improve consistency at this stage.
