Pilchards patee

Ingredients
- 400 grams pilchards - tinned, in tomato sauce
- 2-3 tbsp yoghurt - natural / greek / bulgarian
- 1-2 tsp chilli sauce, optional
- 1 tsp lemon juice - fresh/bottled
- salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions
Rinse the tomato sauce off tinned pilchards and with a fork, crush the fish finely.
Mix with enough yoghurt to form a spread-like consistency.
Add the chilli sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper - taste.
Perfect on toast, crackers or even as dip for fresh vegetable fingers.
