Ingredients

  • 400 grams pilchards - tinned, in tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water boiling
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt and pepper
  • few drops Worcestershire sauce

Cooking Instructions

Crush the fish a little bit. Mix with all the ingredients.

In a bowl with the lid on, microwave for 2 minutes on High. Or heat up on the stove. Serve with croutons and fresh parsley.
