Pineapple-and-basil soup

Ingredients
- 600 ml clementine smoothie
- 900 g queen pineapple, sliced
- 50 g sugar
- mint leaves
- Basil leaves, to garnish
Cooking Instructions
Pour the smoothies over the sliced pineapple. Bash together the sugar and mint. Sprinkle over the fruit and scatter over some basil leaves.
