  • 50 ml Pink Pigeon Premium Vanilla-Spiced Rum
  • 12.5 ml vanilla syrup
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • 4 lime wedges
  • 25 ml cranberry juice

Cooking Instructions

Take the mint, lime wedges and vanilla syrup and place into a sturdy glass, pressing gently with a muddle stick to release flavours and juice.

Then add the Pink Pigeon Premium Vanilla Spiced Rum with half a glass of crushed ice and stir.

Once all flavours are mixed well top the glass up with crushed ice and finish off with fresh cranberry juice.
