- 6 peeled guavas, ripe
- 2 cups mango juice
- 200 g low-GI muesli or granola
Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a saucepan over a medium heat, simmer ripe, peeled guavas in mango juice until just softened.
Spoon the guavas, along with th syrup, into four shallow ovenproof bowls. Crumble over low-GI muesli or granola and bake until bubbling and golden. Serve warm.
