Hi there. Sorry this recipe didn&#039;t work out for you. There is no mistake. The instructions say that you have to &quot;cook 1½ hours, or until the meat is very tender and the juices turn sticky.&quot; The second part of the instructions makes allowance to cook the dish for longer if you need (or shorter, depending on the cuts of meat you are using or how your stove operates).
