Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Woolworths Easy to Cook pork roast stuffed with onions, rosemary and sage
  • 6 small red apples
  • 4 T butter
  • 3 T icing sugar
  • 80 g Woolworths prosciutto crudo
  • 4 fresh sage sprigs
  • Mashed potato, for serving

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Remove the pork from its packaging and place on a baking tray. Roast for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and place the apples on the tray with the roast. Place a small knob of butter onto each apple and sprinkle with icing sugar. Return to oven and roast for a further 15 minutes.

Drape the roast with prosciutto crudo. Return to the oven and roast for a further 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes and serve with the apples and mashed potatoes, and sage garnishing.
