  • Ready-made puff pastry
  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • 2 T caster sugar
  • Lemon curd

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut circles out of rolled ready-made puff pastry and use to line ramekins. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden. In a saucepan over a low heat, simmer frozen berries with caster sugar for 5 minutes. Spoon into the pastry pots and serve with a dollop of lemon curd.
