- 200 g raw cashews
- 4 bananas (2 frozen)
- 4 dates
- 3⁄4 cup almond milk
- chopped cashews (optional)
1. If your food processor or blender is not very powerful, soak the cashews overnight.
2. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Chill for at least 2 hours.
3. Before serving, top with your favourite toppings. We like bliss balls or cashews.
