- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar/Gouda)
- 1/4 cup red curry paste
- pinch of salt
- 1 heaped tablespoon peanut butter (crunchy/smooth)
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 x-large egg
Preheat oven to 190 oC. Prepare muffin pan. Beat the curry paste, peanut butter, oil, egg and milk together. Add the cheese, salt and flour. Spoon into muffin pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
These are almost like chili bites - perfect as a savory snack or side dish.
