- 4 x 200 g hake fillets
- Olive oil
- Baby marrow
- Chilli flakes
- Sliced garlic
- Black pepper
- Lemon juice
- Crusty bread

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place hake fillets onto squares of baking paper, drizzle with olive oil and top with shaved baby marrow, dried chilli flakes, sliced garlic, black pepper and a drizzle of lemon juice.
Wrap up each parcel and roast for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the fish is firm but still succulent.
Serve with crusty bread.
