Roasted butternut and beetroot tart

  • 1 box Woolworths frozen all-butter pastry sheets
  • 375 g Woolworths roasted butternut and beetroot salad
  • 35 g Woolworths spiced pumpkin seed sprinkle

Cooking Instructions

1. Defrost the puff pastry.

2. Lightly score a 2cm border around each sheet. Prick the base inside the border all over with a fork and place on a floured baking tray. Bake at 200º C for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

3. Spoon over the butternut, beetroot and feta and place back in the oven for 5 – 7 minutes or until warmed through.

4. Top with the fresh rocket, drizzle over the balsamic dressing and scatter over the pumpkin seeds.
