- 2 T Salty Dog sake
- 4 t house vermouth
- 1 t fresh lime juice
- Lemon verbena, to garnish
- For the Salty Dog sake, mix:
- 3 ¼ cups sake
- 1½ cups sugar syrup
- 50 g seaweed
- 1 large piece naartjie or orange peel

To make the Salty Dog sake, combine all the ingredients in a vac bag and allow to rest overnight at room temperature.
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and shake with blocked ice. Double strain into a ceramic cup over a large clear block of ice. Garnish with lemon verbena.
