  • 2 T Salty Dog sake
  • 4 t house vermouth
  • 1 t fresh lime juice
  • Lemon verbena, to garnish
  • For the Salty Dog sake, mix:
  • 3 ¼ cups sake
  • 1½ cups sugar syrup
  • 50 g seaweed
  • 1 large piece naartjie or orange peel

Cooking Instructions

To make the Salty Dog sake, combine all the ingredients in a vac bag and allow to rest overnight at room temperature.

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and shake with blocked ice. Double strain into a ceramic cup over a large clear block of ice. Garnish with lemon verbena.
