Sausage and tomato bake with the smokey bean salad

  • 6 Woolworths free range lamb sizzlers with beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, sliced 
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 x 400 g canned cherry tomatoes
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to season 
  • 2 x 250 g punnets Woolworths smokey bean salad
  • fresh parsley, chopped to serve  
  • 1 x 800 g punnets Woolworths ultimate potato mash, to serve  

1. In a large shallow pan, fry the lamb sausages until golden brown and cooked through, remove and keep aside.

2. In the same pan add the garlic to brown lightly in the olive oil before adding the can of cherry tomatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes and season to taste.

3. Add the Woolworths smokey bean salads and arrange the sausages back into the sauce to heat through.

4. Serve when warm and serve with chopped parsley and warm creamy mash.
