Ingredients

  • 6 anchovy fillets
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic blaze
  • 3 large heads radicchio, halved through the root

Cooking Instructions

Brush a griddle pan with a little olive oil.
Sear sliced radicchio halves, facing down, for 30 seconds.
Remove and top each half with an anchovy fillet.
Serve with a drizzle of balsamic blaze.
