  • 200 g fresh tuna
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt

Cooking Instructions

Slice the tuna into strips.

Toss with the lemon and orange juice, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and sea salt, to taste.

Serve with sliced orange and lemon salad and top with citrus zest and parsley.
