- 6 Everyday Medium Potatoes
- 1 Cup Butter
- 2 Tablespoon Chives
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger and Garlic (Optional)
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1-Cut the Everyday Medium Potatoes in round and rinse it.
2-Add the Butter, Chives, Ginger and Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper to a separate bowl and mix it well.
The Ginger and Garlic is optional.
3-Lightly brush the potatoes with the butter mix and add on the grill of the braai.
4-Leave on the braai stand to cook until soft, occasionally turn and brush the potatoes.
5-Garnish with fresh chives
Tip: The heat of the braai is usually very hot at the beginning of the braai, I usually add this towards the end of the grill.
