- For the salad:
- 3 ripe avocados, peeled, stoned and quartered
- ½ t smoked paprika
- ½ t red chilli flakes
- 1 T white sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 black sesame seeds, toasted
- ¼ t sea salt
- For the dressing:
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T soya sauce
- ½ ClemenGold, zested and juiced
Place the avocados in a serving bowl.
To make the dressing, combine the olive oil, soya sauce and ClemenGold juice. Set aside.
Combine the ClemenGold zest, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, sesame seeds and salt.
When ready to serve, drizzle the dressing over the avocado and sprinkle with the spice mixture.
