Ingredients

  • 1 x 300 g smoked trout terrine
  • mussels from 1 x 500 g ready-made seafood

Cooking Instructions

Serve the terrine (available from selected Woolworths stores) garnished with the mussels, for a quick and easy snack.

Cook’s tip: Serve with a cucumber, dill and crême fraïche dip and crusty bread.
